Matt Morrell
Senior Pastor
Matt was raised in a pastor's home and graduated from Northland International University in 1998. He earned his Master of Divinity degree from Central Baptist Theological Seminary in 2002 and his Doctor of Ministry from Northland International University in 2010. During his seminary years, he served as the assistant pastor at Chisago Lakes Baptist Church in Chisago City, MN. In 2002, Matt became interim pastor at Chisago Lakes Baptist, becoming senior pastor after 10 months. He served there until May 2008, when he was called to Fourth Baptist Church. Matt and his wife, Kim, have five children. Matt has spoken and taught at camps, conferences, and colleges at home and abroad.

Jared Page
Pastor of Administration and Missions
Both Jared and his wife, Tammy, were raised in Christian homes and were saved as children. During Jared's teen years, he realized God was calling him into full-time ministry. He served as associate pastor for eight years at Grace Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida. He then volunteered at his home church, Meridian Baptist of Newton, Kansas, where he was ordained in January 2009. In the fall of 2009, Jared began serving at Fourth Baptist Christian School, teaching Bible, computer, and physical education, and coaching soccer and basketball. Jared joined Fourth's pastoral staff in 2015. Jared and Tammy have three children.

Jeremy Stephens
Pastor of Discipleship and Counseling
Jeremy is a graduate of Pillsbury Baptist Bible College and Central Baptist Theological Seminary, and holds certification with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. He joined Fourth's pastoral staff as Pastor of Outreach and Discipleship in August 2015. His ministry includes oversight of biblical counseling and discipleship, and new members. Jeremy and Sarah were married in 1999, and they have 5 children.

Caleb Prigge
Pastor of Worship and Youth Ministries
Caleb is classically trained in piano, trumpet, and voice. Caleb and Abby are avid sports fans, coffee consumers, gardeners, readers, and parents to two little boys. One of their greatest joys in ministry is helping to shape the next generation of Christian leaders. Caleb is passionate about Christian mentorship and leveraging those relationships as a witness to the lost. He is also a member of the Evangelical Theological Society.

Josh Bunger
Pastor of Students and Young Adults
Josh grew up in a small town in rural Northern Illinois. He was converted at age 12 when the Lord used a friend's invitation and his grandparents' example to confront him with his need for a Savior. He was married to Christy in 2021, and God has given them two sons. They have served in churches in Illinois and California before Josh became a pastor at Fourth in 2026. Josh is an avid reader and history buff. Christy enjoys hospitality and homemaking. Together, they love hiking, playing games, and spending time with their family and friends. Josh and Christy are passionate about the church's role in the Christian life and about building relationships through meaningful conversations.

Joshua Boyd
School Administrator
Joshua comes to us from Ankeny, Iowa, where he most recently served as a faculty member and General Education Division Chair at Faith Baptist Bible College, including roles as Assistant Academic Dean and Director of Secondary Education.

Luke Forman
Business Administrator
Luke was raised in a Christian home and put his faith in Christ before his junior year of high school. After graduating from seminary in 2009, he moved to Minnesota and married Jessica. He worked at Wells Fargo and served at Fourth as a youth leader, deacon, and chairman of the Missions Committee. In 2015, God led Luke, Jessica, and their four sons to move to Tampa, Florida to help plant a church. In Florida, Luke worked as an engineering project manager at a software company. With nearly a decade of banking experience and over 8 years invested in church planting, Luke brings a unique combination of business knowledge and ministry skills to Fourth Baptist Church.
